Pre Workout Eating is having a clean meal an hour or 2 before you’re workout. The food starts to digest and becomes energy that is ready to use. This is a good method to use on a heavy lifting day and really gives you the energy to make the bigger lifts.
Your muscles will feel fuller and you’ll get a better pump.
My go to pre workout eating meals:
- Chicken and Broccoli
- Chicken and half a Sweet Potato or Yam
- Beef and Broccoli
