Fat Loss Supplementation Plan

The three supplements are Caffeine, Synephrine and Yohimbe.

Lipolysis is the breakdown of fat stored in fat cells and these three ingredients have been shown to drastically increase lipolysis. So we can start with a breakdown of the three ingredients.

Caffeine

This is a central nervous system stimulator that blocks receptors that otherwise block the release of fat from your fat cells. Caffeine also gives you the extra energy boost you need for a good workout.

Synephrine

Synephrine is great because it boosts your metabolism without increasing your heart rate too drastically so you wont get the shakes on this. It also activates certain receptors on fat cells thus breaking down the fat and releasing it and helps to curb your appetite in order to control your eating habits. This is very similar to Ephedrine which used to be the best fat burning supplement available over the counter. It is derived from Citrus aurantium which is a small citrus tree.

Yohimbine

Usually used to increase the male libido Yohimbine, or Yohimbe, does have some fat burning properties that target certain fat receptors and helps to release more of the fat already leaving the fat cells. It is derived from an African tree called pausinystalia yohimbe.

The Fat Loss Stack

Now that we have a short background on these three supplements we need to stack them and get a fat loss supplement plan so try the following.

Take 100-300 mg of Caffeine twice a day once before your workout. Take 10-20 mg 2-3 times a day before meals and once before your workout. Yohimbine should be taken 2-3 times a day with anywhere from 2-10mg and also once before your working out.
